The home, built on an uphill ski-in ski-out lot in Deer Crest, takes full advantage of stunning views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Uintas.
Builder Craig Mogel incorporated a mixture of reclaimed building materials including reclaimed bricks from a demolished Park City Building, the walls and ceiling in the Bar/Game Room are reclaimed oak barnwood.
A unique feature designed by Mogel for some of his clients is the Smoking and Wine tasting room; sealed off the from the rest of the house and well ventilated, the room’s air is exchanged and replaced every 30 seconds
