A collaborative effort between the owner and design team, this Deer Crest home takes full advantage of stunning views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Uintas.
Germania Construction incorporated bricks from a demolished Park City building, reclaimed oak barnwood, wood from an old pickle factory and beams and flooring from an old mushroom operation.
The smoking and wine tasting room is sealed off the from the rest of the house and well ventilated, with the room’s air exchanged every 30 seconds.
